Most catering is for pre-booked groups and is typically buffet-style or BBQ-based. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and confident in the kitchen who can deliver food safely, efficiently and to a good standard.

A key role behind the scenes

Cairngorms Activities delivers outdoor experiences, family adventures and group bookings in a unique Highland setting.

Alongside the activities, we provide catering for organised groups using the clubhouse and site. This often includes buffet-style meals, BBQ food and simple catering that helps groups enjoy a full day with us.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of this side of the experience — preparing food well, maintaining high hygiene standards, and helping us deliver a smooth and enjoyable service.

This role suits someone who is practical, dependable, experienced and confident working independently.

There is also room to help improve our menu and food offer as the season develops.
